After you book.

Confirmation in your inbox
Within minutes you'll get an email with the session time, the Google Meet link, and (for paid sessions) a receipt.
ii.
A short prep note
For paid sessions, Elena sends a brief intake the day before — a chance to flag what you want to focus on.
iii.
The session
You join the Meet link at the time you booked. We talk. You leave with a recording and short follow-up within 24 hours.
