Privacy.

Short version, plain language. If you want the long version, write to us and we'll send it.

What we collect

If you book a call or a reading: name, email, optional phone number, your birth date / time / place if relevant to the session, and anything you write in the intake form. This goes through Cal.com.
If you subscribe to the monthly forecast: your email and the date you signed up. That's it.
If you write through the contact form: name, email, the message you sent.
Site analytics: aggregate, cookieless page-view counts via a privacy-friendly provider. No personal identifiers, no tracking pixels, no consent banner needed.

To run sessions, send the monthly forecast if you've asked for it, and reply to your messages. Nothing else.

Only the third parties we need to operate the site:

Cal.com — booking infrastructure (the calendar, the Google Meet link, confirmation emails). Their DPA covers their handling of your data.
Google Calendar & Google Meet — the calendar your session lands on.
Our email provider — to send confirmations and the monthly forecast.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't use it to build a profile of you.

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. Cal.com, when you open the booking widget, sets its own session cookies — entirely for the booking flow.

Write to hello@astrologycostarica.com and we'll delete what we have. Confirmations within 7 days.

If we change this policy, we update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes get an email to anyone on the list.
