After you book.

Confirmation in your inbox
Within a few minutes you'll get an email with the session time, the Google Meet link, and a receipt if you paid.
ii.
A short prep note
For paid sessions, Elena sends a short intake the day before, so you can flag what you'd like to focus on.
iii.
The session
You click the Meet link at your booked time, and we talk. Afterwards you get a recording and a short follow-up within 24 hours.
